PocketAI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of PocketAI, the PocketAI Android application, the PocketAI website, and related services operated by PocketAI ("PocketAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using PocketAI, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use PocketAI.
2. The Service
PocketAI provides software and related services for downloading, running, and interacting with on-device AI models, connecting a supported wallet, unlocking premium access, and receiving in-app rewards or points.
PocketAI may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
PocketAI may allow you to connect a third-party wallet, including Solana-compatible wallets.
- PocketAI does not custody your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or digital assets.
- You are solely responsible for wallet activity, signatures, approvals, and blockchain transactions initiated from your wallet.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted.
- Network fees and other blockchain-related costs are your responsibility.
PocketAI is not responsible for losses arising from wallet compromise, incorrect addresses, failed transactions, third-party wallet behavior, or blockchain network issues.
4. Purchases and Unlocks
PocketAI may offer one-time unlocks, premium features, or other paid access. Unless otherwise stated, purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
PocketAI may require on-chain confirmation or other verification before granting access.
5. AI Models and Third-Party Content
PocketAI may surface or enable downloads of open-source or third-party AI models, repositories, websites, wallets, SDKs, APIs, or infrastructure providers.
Those third-party components remain subject to their own licenses, terms, and policies. You are responsible for complying with all model licenses and usage restrictions.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use PocketAI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Do not interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Do not bypass access controls, payment flows, or entitlement logic.
- Do not use PocketAI to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
7. User Content and Prompts
You retain responsibility for prompts, inputs, messages, uploaded content, and any outputs you use or rely on. PocketAI does not guarantee that model outputs are accurate, safe, available, or suitable for any specific use case.
8. No Professional Advice
PocketAI is provided for general informational and software use purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, security, or other professional advice.
9. Intellectual Property
PocketAI and its branding, software, design, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except where third-party rights apply.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
PocketAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets, goodwill, or business opportunities.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PocketAI and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction selected by PocketAI, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.
